This book is a compilation of a lot of the recipes I have posted on Instagram since 2017. There are 94 recipes including breakfast ideas, lunch, snacks, sandwiches, salads, sides, soups, dinners and desserts.
It is a 6x9 spiral bound book with 222 pages and full color photos of each recipe.
Each recipe is made with a "balanced lifestyle" mentality. Meaning, 80% of the time we are eating a macro-friendly meal with a balanced amount of carbs, fats and protein. But the other 20% of the time we are enjoying some of our very favorite treats.
Although the calories and macros are not included with each recipe we are sure you can "make it fit" with your busy schedule, your picky eaters, your tight budget and your health goals.
